At Critical Pressure Washing, we don’t just clean surfaces. We clean like lives depend on it—because we come from a world where they did.
Founded by Steven Parham, a seasoned Flight Nurse, and Andrew Walton, a field-tested Flight Paramedic, Critical Pressure Washing was born from a shared mindset: when something matters, you give it your all.
After years in emergency helicopters, critical care units, and high-pressure situations where mistakes weren’t an option, we decided to take that same surgical precision and bring it back down to earth—literally.
Now, instead of patients, we handle patios. Instead of trauma calls, we respond to dirty driveways and mildew-covered siding. And while the stakes may be lower, the standards are not.

“In emergency medicine, trust is everything, and that doesn’t change just because we’re cleaning driveways instead of saving lives. I’ve spent years caring for people in their hardest moments, and now I get to continue to serve this community in a way that’s positive, professional, and lasting. Every job we take on gets my full attention, because that’s what Central Arkansas deserves.”

Steven Parham, Andrew Walton, and Jon Gutman built their careers in the high-stakes world of emergency response—where precision, accountability, and clear communication weren’t just best practices, they were requirements. As a Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic, and 9-1-1 Strategic Services Specialist, they operated in environments where every decision carried real-world consequences.
Steven and Andrew delivered advanced medical care in the unpredictable world of air medicine, where the margin for error was razor-thin and every second counted. Jon brought strategic oversight to 9-1-1 systems across Texas, helping coordinate critical public safety systems across one of the busiest regions in the country. With backgrounds in critical care and emergency communications, this team combines hands-on precision with systems-level thinking.
Those same principles now define their approach at Critical Pressure Washing. Every project, residential or commercial, is treated with the same methodical preparation, attention to detail, and operational discipline that once supported life-saving missions. Their commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence isn’t theoretical; it’s instinctive—honed through years in roles where performance wasn’t optional, it was expected.
The transition from emergency response to professional pressure washing may seem unconventional, but for Steven, Andrew, and Jon, the mission remains the same: serve the public with integrity, deliver results that exceed expectations, and never cut corners.
At Critical Pressure Washing, “good enough” has never been part of the vocabulary.
If you’re looking for a pressure washing company that shows up on time, respects your property, and executes with clarity and precision—you’re in the right place.
“Public safety teaches you one thing above all else: every system is only as good as the people running it. It doesn’t matter how advanced your tools are if you don’t show up prepared, communicate clearly, and execute without hesitation. That’s how I operated in 9-1-1 systems, and it’s how we operate at Critical Pressure Washing. We don’t just clean—we plan, we communicate, we deliver. Because when you’ve worked in environments where mistakes cost more than money, you learn to treat every job like it matters.”
